1. Cancellation Policy - In Person Classes
To keep things fair and consistent for all clients:
• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before class.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• No-shows will be charged in full (or have one session deducted if using a class pass).
• If you’re unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please contact me directly discretion may be used for genuine cases.
2. Refunds - In Person Classes
• Credits or transfers may be offered only in special circumstances at the instructor’s discretion.
• If a class is cancelled by the instructor, you’ll receive a full refund or credit for a future class.
• If you cancel your class up to 24 hours before then you will receive a full refund
3. Health and Safety - In Person Classes
• Please inform the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or pregnancies before class.
• Participation is at your own risk, and modifications will be provided as needed.
• If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home you can reschedule if you cancel within the 24-hour window.
4. Arrival Conduct - In Person Classes
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to get set up before the session begins.
Late arrivals should enter quietly.
If you are late, please join the class at whatever point of the session we are in, to minimise disruption to others.

• If you feel any pain while participating in an online pilates class, please stop and check with your doctor
